New Years Eve 2017

Booking is essential for our New Years Eve Celebration, during which we will be serving a delicious, specially prepared menu. Once the meal is finished we will dance the night away to the fabulous sounds of our fabulous DJ!

Carriages arrive from 7.30pm


Tempura king prawns - with a mango salsa dip

Roasted vegetable terrine - with pickles, salad and crostini (V)

Beef carpaccio - with mustard sour cream, rocket and parmesan shavings

Salcombe gin cured salmon and avocado - served on bruschetta

Local Dartmoor venison and juniper terrine - with grilled brioche


Pan fried chicken breast stuffed with spinach and pancetta mousse,

fondant potato, baby vegetables and Madeira jus

Green pea risotto with grilled tiger prawns and herbs

Roasted lamb rump, dauphinoise potatoes and mixed baby vegetables

with a rosemary and redcurrant jus

Pan roasted black cod served with jasmine rice and sautéed vegetables

Seared local Sladesdown duck breast with celeriac mash,

baby vegetables and apicius sauce

Mushroom and celeriac truffle burger with hand cut fries (V)


Warm chocolate fudge cake - with Baileys ice cream

Trio of strawberries - jelly, cheesecake and strawberry and prosecco sorbet

Drambrulée - a Scottish twist to a classic Crème Brûlée

Pina colada dessert - pineapple jelly, white rum granite, coconut and pineapple sorbet

A Westcountry cheese plate - with walnuts and orange marmalade

Dancing with both a DJ and the Neil Diamond Tribute Act at The Bridge

and Dave Brimble keyboard vocalist at Turtley who will also be the DJ

Music starts at 10pm carriages at 1pm
