Dartmoor venison Scotch egg with a mustard mayonnaise

Potted salmon with Melba toast

Cajun spiced shredded chicken served with a mixed salad

Baked field mushroom with tarragon butter sauce and granary toast

Main Courses

Roast chicken breast with chestnut mushrooms and truffle oil served on boulangére potatoes with mixed vegetables

Spicy minced lamb stuffed peppers with a tzatziki dip, salad leaves and skinny fries

Fish pie (cod, salmon, prawns and red mullet) with a creamy cheese topping & peas

Prawn and salmon burger with spicy mayo, mixed salad and skinny fries

Caramelised red onion and goat’s cheese tart with salad and crushed new potatoes

Warm chocolate and salted caramel brownie with vanilla ice cream
