Shredded duck salad with a hoisin sauce

Prawn and mango salad with a chilli dressing

Waldorf salad; apples, celery, grapes and walnuts with a mayo dressing and salad leaves

Chicken liver pate served with granary toast and chutney

Main Courses

Seafood platter; prawn, shell on prawns, cockles, smoked mackerel and smoked salmon with a mixed salad and crusty bread

Rump of lamb (served pink) served with a Greek salad, skinny fries and tzatziki dip

Poached salmon fillet served with a hollandaise sauce, new potatoes and asparagus

Thai style chicken curry with basmati rice and naan bread

Wild mushroom and mozzarella risotto cakes served with a mixed salad and chutney

Desserts

Individual fruit tart with pouring cream

Chocolate torte served with berries and Greek yoghurt

Rosewater crème brûlée with raspberry sorbet

West Country cheeseboard with biscuits and chutney
