Thyme marinated lamb rump (served pink) with a mixed green salad and skinny fries

Market fish; Local day boat fillet, crushed new potatoes and a caper and shrimp butter with Summer vegetables

Glazed sesame salmon fillet served with jasmine rice and stir fried vegetables

Parmigiana di zucchine; Green and yellow courgetttes baked with Mozzarella cheese in a herby tomato sauce with a crisp green salad
