Roasted onion soup with goats cheese toast

Smoked salmon, dill and lemon pâté with granary toast, chutney and water cress

Waldorf salad; Fresh apples, celery, grapes and walnuts, with a light mayonnaise dressing

Aromatic shredded duck with coriander, spring onion, cucumber and toasted sesame seeds

Grilled Halloumi with char grilled vegetables and a mint, yogurt and cucumber dressing (v)

Main Courses

Piri piri pork belly with sweetcorn, red pepper and coriander rice and a nice big salad

Roast cod loin with glazed Welsh rarebit, crushed new potatoes and ratatouille

Griddled chicken breast salad, baby gem lettuce, avocado, cucumber, heritage tomatoes, boiled egg and fries

Mixed seafood (cod, salmon, and prawns) in a creamy sauce served on tagliatelle (fish may vary depending on availability)

Steak Diane; Medallions of beef fillet in a mushroom, red wine cream sauce

Butternut squash and sweet leek lasagne with a baby leaf salad (V)
