Fathers Day June 18th 2017

We do expect to be very busy on Fathers day so, as always on a Sunday, we recommend booking in advance. Whilst we will ask you for a small deposit to secure your booking, we do still sometimes have last minute cancellations so it is always worth a call to check for availability. Please let us know of any dietary requirements when booking.

Starters

Soup of the day with granary bread
Traditional prawn cocktail with Marie Rose sauce
Chicken liver pâté with red onion marmalade served with toasted granary bread
Home cured gravadlax with prawns, dill crème fraiche and seasonal leaves
Duo of melon with a berry compote, Parma ham and local Cowlick mango sorbet
Griddled marinated halloumi – with chargrilled vegetables and a yoghurt and cucumber dressing
Cajun spiced shredded chicken salad with mango and chili chutney
Aromatic shredded duck salad with coriander, spring onion, cucumber and toasted sesame seeds

Roast rib of English beef, Yorkshire pudding and roast potatoes
Roast loin of Devon pork, crackling, stuffing, apple sauce and roast potatoes
